Organised and run by Scarborough Athletic Club; a 10k, 5k and Fun Run are all offered at the event. This result page is for the 10k.
This popular race is an out and back run along the sea front at Scarborough (see the official site for some great video of the event). Start is at the Scarborough Spa after which the route heads north. There is a water station at 4km and runners turn back at the Sea Life Centre.

Six Striders were among 1766 runners who lined up for the 10k. The men’s race was won by Adam Theaker of Loftus & Whitby AC in a time of 00:33:13. Daisy Glover (Framlingham) set a new female course record, winning the women’s race in a time of 00:35:38.
