Mandy Taylor was the sole Strider at this East Yorkshire race and described the day as:
Lonely Strider but Lovely route (flat) and well organised. Exercise n stretch session prior to run, plenty of friendly marshalls. Medal n t-shirt. Probs do it again!

Mandy was particularly pleased to run well under 50 minutes (48:14) which gave her an excellent 2nd in age category.
