Race Date: Sunday 13th October 2024
The Leeds Abbey Dash is a flat and fast 10K from Millennium Square which follows the line of the River Aire to the remarkable Kirkstall Abbey before returning to the centre of Leeds.
This year was the events 38th year making it one of the oldest 10k races in Yorkshire. There were 5598 finishers. The race was won by James McMurry of St Albans AC in 29:00. The first female over the line was Georgie Grgec of Herne Hill Harriers in 31:37.
