This year’s Thurlstone Chase was held in perfect conditions. It’s a short one, more trail than road and no chance to ease off on the throttle.

The race was won by Phil Montgomery of Dark Peak Fell Runners in 25:28 and by Caz Kay of Totley AC in 31:29. 59 ran.
