Race Date: Saturday 17th June 2023
The Three Lakes Classic is a 14 mile race starting in Rother Valley Country Park (home of Rother Valley Lake), and heading north to loop around both Treeton Dyke and Lake Waverley. Finishers get a medal and goody bag (with mug); post race tea and cakes are also a tradition.
Steel City Striders ready for action
15 Striders were among 165 runners who lined up for the Three Lakes Classic. The men’s race was won by Thomas Shaw of Worksop Harriers in a time of 1:23:05. Hannah Walker of Dronfield Running Club won the women’s race in a time of 1:35:51. No age category finishes were available.
