Race Date: Thursday 4th May 2023
For 2023 it is three separate THURSDAY races of 3.8 mile races on road and trail. It has been established for over 20 years. You can buy entry to all 3 races with or without a t-shirt, or you can just enter a single race. Next race is 13th July.
179 runners for the first edition of the 2023 Spencer’s Dash series. The men’s race was won by Scott Hinchcliffe of Barnsley AC in 19.18. The women’s race was won by Julie Briscoe of Wakefield District in 22.47. 3 Striders took part. Well done all 3.
