Race Date: Thursday 20th July 2023
A favourite in the mid week race calendar. A quick 4 miles with one major climb. Total ascent is 531 feet but it’s generally a big downhill start, along the river then a big climb to the top of the village, finishing with a nice descent to the pub.
154 runners this year. Male race was won by Finley Grant of DPFR in 22.56. Female race won by Alice Krane, unattached. in 26.21. Well done to the 13 Striders who attended the race but special mention to Sarah Thorne for 2nd F Sen and Nicky Rafferty for 1st FV 60.
