Race Date: Friday 4th August 2023
185 runners for the Striders organised Salt Cellar fell race. Massive thanks must go out to organising team: Dean Young, Simon Wiles and Stephen Hargreaves as well as to all the Striders who volunteered to make our fell race such a success.
The race itself is a tough 6.8 miles with 1594 feet of climb. This year the male race was won by Cynog Williams of DPFR in 51.10. The women’s race was won by Phillipa Williams, also DPFR in 56.26.
