Race Date: Saturday 2nd September 2023
Longshaw Sheepdog trials fell race is a 5.3 mile route along Burbage, over Carl Wark and Higger Tor, down past Mother’s Cap into the top of Padley Gorge and back to Longshaw. Lovely route with 1050 feet of climb in it.
137 runners took part in this year’s race with the men’s race being won by Will Gratton of DPFR in 40.15. The women’s race was won by Katie Walshaw of Holmfirth Harriers in 47.42.
