Race Date: Saturday 28th October 2023

Take part in this trail half marathon as the sun sets along the horizon, and welcome the arrival of the Hunter’s Moon – October’s full moon. This route is out and back along trails over high open ground and through woodlands (the same route as Snow Moon half marathon). Of course, being in Derbyshire you will also enjoy a climb or two. Come for the great experience of watching the sunset as you run, and the moon rise as you refill on hot drink and seasonal cake by the firepit.

57 people were persuaded to do so with the male winner being Nic Long in 1.45.23 and the female winner being Heidi Josephs in 1.51.08. Well done to solo Strider Alison Barrett.
