Race Date: Friday 1st September 2023
A 4.8 mile fell race which climbs 950 feet from the village of Great Longstone (just north of Bakewell) up to Longstone Edge.

Ten Striders were among 163 runners who lined up for the Great Longstone Chase fell race. The men’s race was won by Luke Beresford of Matlock Athletic Club in a time of 30:37. Our own Caroline Brock won the women’s race in a time of 32:22, well done Caroline!
