Race Date: Monday 28th August 2023

A 5.6 mile trail race, starting & finishing in the village of Upper Denby (south-east of Huddersfield). The undulating terrain includes footpaths, fields, woodland and conservation land. Finishers are treated to homemade flapjack.

Nick Booker was the sole Strider among 159 runners who lined up for the Dash. The men’s race was won by Josh Ellis of Denby Dale AC in a time of 0:39:11. Helen Ilsley of Wakefield Triathlon Club won the women’s race in a time of 0:47:19.
