Race date: Sunday 13th March 2022
This year saw the Oundle 20 Mile return to its usual March date, for the 5th time. Taking runners along gently undulating wide, quiet country lanes in and around the pretty Northamptonshire villages of Fotheringay, Nassington, Yarwell and King’s Cliffe.
326 runners took part overall with 3 Striders representing the club.
The race was won by Richard Gibbs of Skegness and District Running Club in a time of 1:57:40. The first woman home was Lucie Custance of the Bedford Harriers, in 2:21:06.
Well done to the 3 Striders who took part in the race… a great effort from all.
