Race Date: Sunday 9th October 2022

The good thing about running is that you can find events in many places. So when in Norfolk for a family do, I was lucky enough to find a nice low-key trail race between the market towns of Aylsham and Reepham.

Well worth a go if in the area.

As it was, I was the only Strider. I ran a steady 48 minutes. 5th in age category. I was on my own but had a support team in the van.
