Race distance: 3.5 miles per leg
After a two-year gap, 173 teams took part in the 2022 Damflask relays, running as fast as they can from Low Bradfield to Low Bradfield. Men’s senior, V40 and V50 teams run four laps, while Women’s teams and Men’s V60 run three. The course is fast, with a decent climb and a fast descent on the return half.
The Men’s four-lap race was won by Hallamshire Harriers in 1:11:05.
The Women’s race was won by Hallamshire Harriers in 1:03:34 (course record).
The MV60 race was won by Sheffield RC in 1:10:50
