An almost-flat, two lap 10k on tarmac, the Telford 10k claims to be “statistically proven as the fastest 10k course in the UK”, and encourages those seeking a PB to sign up.
1061 runners lined up for the Telford 10k. Winner of the men’s race was Alfie Manthorpe of Sheffield and Dearne AC in 00:29:08. The women’s race was won by Samantha Harrison of Notts AC in 00:32:07. Two Striders took part.
