The Middlesbrough 10K is a well established road race which raises a lot of money for local charities.   It’s a flat, one-lap circular route which is great for spectators. Next year the route is changing slightly.  Malcolm Baggaley was the only Strider who ran this year on a day with perfect weather for racing.
