Two Striders at this mornings Loxley Lash , Race 2, Frances Roberts Taking a good 20 seconds off her Race 1 time (19:26) in her new shiny Nike Next % shoes and Zebedee taking 27 seconds off his Race 1 time from 2 weeks ago (20:16) still slumming in his trusty Boston boosts. It was a windy morning as in Race 1 but didn’t stop us from some good improvements! It’s was a good mornings racing. Next race in Two weeks time. Connor Milnes of Hallamshire Harriers won the men’s race in 14.54. Lauren McNeil, also of Hallamshire won the women’s in 16.48.
