Race Date: Sunday 31st October 2021
The Asda Foundation/City Of Lincoln 10k is a Run For All race, with a flat route which takes in some of Lincoln’s historic landmarks, including the cathedral and the city’s Roman Walls. Twice delayed due to the pandemic, the heavy rain wasn’t going to stop anyone at the third attempt.
2700 runners lined up at the start. Winners of the mens’ and womens’ races, Ronny Wilson (30:18) and Abbie Donnelly (33:04), both represent Lincoln Wellington AC. Six Striders took part, with Ben Stittle and Jordan Moat running as 45 minute pacers.

A colourful start in rainy Lincoln
