1550 runners in the GEAR 10k, held in Kings Lynn, Norfolk including Strider couple Peter and Caroline Brash. Well done to both of them.
The men’s race was won by Adrian Mussett of Colchester Harriers in 32.33. The women’s race was won by Olivia Walwyn of City of Norwich AC in 36.57.
