Rome wasn’t built in a day as this small posse of Striders made the trip to Barnsley worthwhile with a couple of personal bests in the A race and a new club record to boot with Caroline Brock beating 11 minutes and surpassing her recent F35 track record. Sadly, the Strider in the B race ran another personal worst.
