Race Date: Friday 30th August 2019
A competitive 5km race utlising the Forge Valley Cycling Track consisting of 5 x 1km laps.
The 3rd and last instalment of this series attracted 38 runners including 3 Striders. The men’s race was won by Alan Ford of Barnsley Harriers in 16.42. The women’s race was won by Phillipa Williams of Sheffield RC in 16.33.
