Race date: Sunday, 14 July 2019; race distance: 5 miles
This was the inaugural Hundall Hobble, organised by Striders founder member Ian Shepherd in aid of his local cricket club, and held along with a fun run as part of a day of events at the club.
The organisers describe the course as “…a 5 mile trail race through the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. The route gives you the chance to take in some breathtaking views as well as a couple of breathtaking climbs!”
The race was won by our own Stuart Carrack in 33:08. First woman was also a Strider: Sarah Allcard, in 42:05. 71 runners finished.
