Race Date: Thursday 26th December 2019

The Chevin Chase is a hilly, multi-terrain race starting and finishing in Guiseley via a scenic 7 mile circuit of Otley Chevin, always held on Boxing Day at 11am.

The race is now 41 years old and attracts 1400 runners, selling out quickly. A popular race within the Christmas festivities with race proceeds supporting local community organisations.

1146 competitors for the 2019 edition of the Chevin Chase, including 2 Striders. The race was won by Jack Wood of Ilkley Harriers in 38.53. The women’s race was won by Hannah Brown of Sale Harriers in 46.17.
