Race Date: 14th November 2019
The Beacons Ultra is a 46ish mile mixed trail/mountain/canal/road run around the Brecon Beacons in the middle of November, starting and finishing in the village of Talybont-on-Usk.
Two Striders were amongst the 162 finishers, Hal Roberts and Helen Burgess. Both came home with excellent results – Hal was 6th and Helen was 9th female.
The race was won by Charles Harpur in 05:51:15 and first woman was Nina Davies in 08:11:58.
