Race date: Monday 2nd July 2018
The prolonged spell of hot weather that we’re experiencing at the moment may have put paid to any dramatic river crossing pictures, but that didn’t stop 367 runners making their way to Oxspring for the sixth edition of the Trunce in 2018.
The race was won by Gus Dufeu-Long of Denby Dale Travellers in a time of 00:15:15 and first lady was Imogen Wolff of Holmfirth Harriers in a time of 00:16:57. Leading the 21 Striders taking part, Al Cook was first back in a time of 00:30:11. Well done to all who raced!
