Race Date: Saturday 20th October 2018

Round Rotherham is a 50 mile trail race.

Got to registration nice and early – only to find out there was no maps left. This race was never going to go well for me from the start. Last sight of the leaders was after 10 mile and no Round Rotherham signs to follow so had to wait for other runners to catch up.

Finished  8th in the end with a time of 7:28:22. Also running was fellow Strider Helen Davis, finishing 5th female overall, with a fantastic run with a time of 10:49:33.

Winner was Ben Hague for Rotherham Harriers and AC, in an epic time of 6:00:52, 1st lady Karen Nash of F.R.A. in 8.41.15.
