Race date: Sunday, 7 October 2018
The Rochdale Half is an out-and-back course, starting at Rochdale Town Hall, with a loop round a lake at the far end. It climbs gradually on the outward section, then drops back. It’s a mixture of park, canal path and road.
497 runners finished the course, including lone Strider Rosie Smith. The winner was Ben Coop of Bury AC, who retained his title in 1:13:25. First female was Carly Needham (Rochdale Harriers & AC) in 1:21:25.
