Race date: Saturday 30 June 2018
The Ladybower Trail Marathon starts below the dam at Fairholmes, and takes in a lap of the top two reservoirs plus a bigger lap of those two plus the northern arm of Ladybower, with a big climb up the western side of the valley.
A total of 90 runners made it round the course. The race was run by Julian Lings, in 2:48:35. First female was Cat Jessop in 3:33:13. Caroline French ran for the Striders, and was third female in 3:52:20 – she also wrote a great blog post on Accelerate UK! http://www.accelerateuk.com/buzz/2018/07/this-girl-can/
