Race Date: Wednesday 27th June 2018
Direct from the website; ‘It was hot, but glorious!’ Hope Fell race needs little introduction, a lovely route, summiting Win Hill in this 9.5 km race with 451 metres of ascent. The views from the top were simply glorious.
214 runners started the 2018 Hope Fell Summer Race and following a sprint finish the first person to cross the winning line was Stuart Bond, in a time of 43:14. Stuart was followed very closely by Dan Haworth who finished in 43:18. Chloe Haines was the first female back in a time of 52:56.
11 striders ran the race, out of a total of 213 runners. Well done all!
