Well done to Ben Jones for his first place in the annual 3 mile Grenochase. Ben had a slightly slower time of 16.24 this year compared to his winning time of 15.41 2 years ago but a great result nonetheless. The first woman home was Gemma Woodhead in 20.09
In all there were 121 runners. Well done to all participating Striders.
