Race Date: Sunday 23rd September 2018
The Bristol Half Marathon, part of the Great Run series, has been held since 1989 on the streets of Bristol. The route takes participants from the City Centre up the portway, under the Clifton Suspension Bridge, before returning to the City via the historical docks.
7029 took part in the 2018 race, which was won by Matt Clowes of Cardiff AAC in 01:05:10. Clara Evans, also of Cardiff AAC, was first lady home in 01:16:26. A solitary strider made the long journey down to Bristol, Hal Roberts came in in 132nd place with a fantastic time of 01:22:31. Well done Hal!
