Race date: Thursday 2 August, 2018
The Butcher’s Dog Leg race is a road/trail race organised by Maltby Running Club and starting from the Butcher’s Arms in Braithwell. The course is a circular 4.5 miles, and apparently all runners get a burger afterward.
119 runners finished the race, which was won by Jordan Street of Clowne RR in 23:30. First female was Catherine Eddison of Rotherham HAC in 26:19. The three Striders in the field all placed very well, with Sarah Allcard (pictured) adding to her recent prize haul by finishing third female.
