Here are the North Stand Results. As usual a variety of different routes with people opting for routes that suit their strengths and weaknesses best.

Part of the Urban Nights series of races organised by a keen orienteering runner based in Sheffield.

The aim of the race is to visit the 3 Sheffield Football Grounds – Wednesday, Hallam, and United, touch the North side of each venue and return to the start location.. Visit the grounds in any order. Generally whichever route you take will be around 10 miles with 1,000ft of elevation. It makes for an interesting race (and flyby) seeing runners heading in various directions all over the city.

Matt Elkington won the race, which is his 2nd win in the series, in 1:01:38.

Sally Fawcett was the first female home in 1:10:13, smashing her own women’s record by over 5 minutes!
