Race Date: Wednesday 12th April 2017
The weather offered a different kind of temperature from the balmy sun on Sunday. A nice chill in the air offered good racing conditions and 358 of South Yorkshire’s finest took to the streets of Worsborough to battle it out.
Once again, huge thanks to our own Peggy for the fine organisation and to Barnsley Harriers for their excellent marshalling duties.
The race was won by Scott Hinchcliffe of Penistone FPRC in 27.07. The first woman home was Nicola Devine of Doncaster AC in 31.12. Well done to the 51 Striders in attendance.
