Race Date: Sunday 19th March 2017

The Stafford Half Marathon, now in its 32nd year, is run in and around the town of Stafford on a fairly flat course. The 2017 race was won in a time of 1:10:33 by Jordan Weaver of Kent AC. First lady home was Rebecca Harrison of Cheadle RC in 1:25:54 (81st place overall).

Just over 3000 runners completed the race, among them was solitary Strider Andrew Long, returning to his old stomping ground and leaving everything on the course to register a 4 minute PB in a time of 1:44:50. Congratulations Andrew!
