Since 1981 the Oslo Marathon has been staged in the beautiful capital of Norway. The course is a two-lap tour of downtown Oslo, taking in a number of parks as well as a waterfront stretch.
The 2017 winner of the Oslo Marathon was local boy Yuki Kawauchi in a time of 2:15:57 and first lady was Hilde Aders of Tromsø Løpeklubb in a time of 2:54:29. Making his Marathon debut, Strider Karl Patterson made the journey over the North Sea to post a very impressive time of 3:43:02 – well done Karl!
