The Humpty Dumpty 10k is organised by the Great Yarmouth & District AC with the course starting and finishing in Freethorpe taking in a loop through Reedham. As expected for that part of the world, its a relatively flat course with an elevation gain of 17m.

565 runners took part including two Striders. Winner Ash Harrell of City of Norwich AC, crossed the line in 32.08 with the first lady finisher, Jo Coates of Saint Edmund Pacers, 7 places behind in 36.49.
