Race Date: Wednesday 7th June 2017
255 runners started this year’s Calver Peak Fell Race, including 13 Striders. This 5 mile Cat B race starts in the village of Calver, near Bakewell, and climbs quickly onto the surrounding range of limestone terrain.
Jake Lane (Totley AC) won in a time of 31:23 and the first lady home was Striders’ own Caroline Brock in 37:26. Fantastic effort Caroline, congratulations.
