Selling out in 38 minutes, The Brass Monkey HM signifies the return of racing season for many. A fast, flat course in cold, but perfect racing conditions greeted the 1546 finishers this past weekend. 16 Striders made the trip to York to have a crack at the course and many came back with shiny new PBs.
The men’s race was won by Steve Hebblethwaite of Keswick AC in 69:18. The women’s race was won by Tracey Millmore of Birtley AC in 77:16. Well done to all who participated. Full results available online.
