Race Date: Sunday 26th Feb 2017
The British Heart Foundation organise many runs up and down the country, including the Harewood Half, 13.1 miles across muddy off-road tracks and steep forest inclines, all set within the stunning grounds of Yorkshire’s historic Harewood House.
The race was won by David Driver of Wharfedale RC in a time of 01:22:09 and first lady over the line was Alexander Winfield (unattached) in a time of 01:29:06.
Six Striders made the journey up North to support BHF by competing in the race. First finisher was Rob Betts in a time of 1:42:32, and first lady back was Suzzi Garnett in 1:50:09. Well done to all!
