Race date Sunday 21 February 2016.

A stacked field took to the streets of Wokingham to participate in the 2016 edition of the Wokingham Half Marathon. A fast course during marathon training season sees an abundance of speedy runners taking part with a few high profile runners, namely Commonwealth athlete Steve Way and Guardian Running Blog journalist Kate Carter, taking part.

Our very own speedster, Doug Banks, travelled down and came home with a shiny new half marathon PB. Well done Doug!

The race was won by Paul Pollock of Annandale Striders in 63:46 and the first female finisher was Caryl Mair Jones of Swansea Harriers finishing in 74:35. Full results available online. A write up including photos and a video is available on Get Reading website.
