Race Date: Sunday 4th September

The Wilne 10k is run on a super-flat course on traffic-free lanes just South-East of Derby. It’s well worth the trip down the M1 if you’re PB-hunting.

The winner this year was Danal Desta of Swansea Harriers AC in 30:18. The first woman was Sophie Cowper of Lincoln Wellington AC in 34:41.

Of the 926 finishers, three were Striders. Well done to Daniel Cubitt, who was the first home, joining the sub-40 club with a 39:34 PB.
