Race Date: Tuesday 17th May 2016
This is the 3rd of the Totley AC fell race series and, once again, it was well represented by the Striders. An overcast but warm evening, with the threat of rain greeted us at the Cricketeers Inn. I have only ever run this course in the dark with the wind howling and the rain lashing down on a Thursday head torch run so the above described weather was a welcome change.
There were 267 runners in attendance on Tuesday including 25 Striders – well done to all. The race was won by William Gardner of ShUOC in 33.58. The first woman home was Megan Wilson making it a ShUOC double in 41.08.
