Pretty cold start but warmed up and turned into a great days racing is what it said on the website.

Lone Strider Liam Russell joined the other 334 competitors for the Sprint Duathlon. This race involved a 5k run, a 20k cycle race followed by another 2.5k run.

The race was won by James Wilson in 56.22. The first woman home was Lauren Bennett in 1.04.55. Well done to Liam Russell for his performance.
