Race date: 18th September.
The “Fat Boys” Stanage Struggle begins in Hathersage and makes its way up onto Stanage Edge via track, grass, path and moorland. Its then out to High Neb followed by a flying downhill return leg on very runnable ground back to the village.
This year, both the first man and first lady home were representing Totley AC; Steve Franklin in 40.36 and Hazel Tant in 47.17.
Ten Striders joined the fray. Well done to all with special mention to Caroline for another podium finish (second lady)!
