Race Date: Saturday 1st october 2016

Stairway To Heaven is a challenging, hilly course towards Ramsden reservoir and the forested paths around Hade Edge. Climb from the reservoirs of Holmbridge to Elysium farm and down to Holme Styes before climbing back up and home. Approx 12km (8 miles).

This year 60 runners took part including race addict Phil Howson as the lone Strider, well done Phil. The race was won by Jonny Cartwright on Stainland Lions in 52.27. The first woman home was Anne Middleton (unattached) in 1.09.15.
