Run by Ealing Southall and and Middlesex AC – Perivale 5 is a fast, flat & accurately-measured 5 mile race over 2 laps, finishing in the athletics stadium.

326 runners took part, the race being won by Zachary Randell (Shaftesbury Barnet) in 25:26, first lady was Jaydee Peters (Woking) in 30:49.

Solo speedy Strider Robert Foster was staying well away from Percy Pud, and raced to a great top 10 finish.
