Race Date: Sunday 21st August 2016

Billed as a fast, flat course it certainly had PB potential on the right day. Unfortunately the day in question was windy and the flat open roads became quite exposed to the windy conditions. The race had only been put on at the last minute hence the lowish turnout but one to mark on the calendar next year for a 10k PB blast.

176 runners on the day including 2 Striders, well done to Michael Richardson and James Ogden. The race was won by Nick Martin of Caistor RC in 33.28. The first woman home was Nicola Curtis (unattached) in 39.59.
