Race Date: Sunday 15th May 2016
The latest in the Asda/Jane Tomlinson series of 10ks, this race attracted exactly 1500 runners, including lone Strider, Richard Clamp – well done Richard
According to the website:
See this historic city from a runner’s eye view, with a stunning start and finish in Old Market Square, run alongside the Trent, spy the ancient castle and run through the Lace Market and in the shadow of what may be the UK’s oldest pub (resisting the temptation to call in!)
The race was won by James Kershaw of Absolute Tri in 32.35. The first woman home was Joanne Matthews of Hermitage in 42.27.
